• Becoming a person-centred leader within integrated primary care and community nursing teams (20 credits)
• Developing Professional Practice: work-based learning (40 credits)
• Independent and Supplementary Prescribing for Health Care Professionals (40 credits)
• (NMC approved qualification, requires an up-to-date Criminal Records Check)

• The program focuses on a person-centered approach to learning and teaching.

• Notional 480 hours (equivalent to 7.5 hours a week) of protected learning time is proposed, but can be adapted to individual learner needs.

• Learners will need to commit to self-directed learning in addition to these hours.
